Terms of Use

These terms explain what FileArk provides, what we need from you, and how both sides keep a cloud migration safe and fair.

Using FileArk

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to access every cloud account and file you connect. Keep your account and sign-in methods secure. Do not use FileArk for unlawful content, unauthorized access, abuse, or interference with the service.

Your files and permissions

You keep ownership of your files. You give FileArk the limited permission needed to read, process, copy, verify, and—only when you explicitly enable it—delete source files after successful verification. FileArk does not claim ownership of your content.

Keep a safety copy

Source deletion is off by default. Review the destination, open important files, and keep a separate backup of irreplaceable data before deleting originals or closing a cloud account.

Prices and payment

FileArk shows the price for the selected data and options before a paid transfer. Any taxes, refunds, payment timing, and provider-specific charges will be shown at checkout when payment service is available. App-store purchases, if offered, also follow the store's billing and refund rules.
